Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs due to a change of mind.
If the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We understand that you want to be completely satisfied with your custom ring! Since each piece is made to order, we can only accept returns if there’s an error on our part. For example, if you ordered a size 10 and received a size 11, just let us know! As long as you can provide proof of the mistake, we’ll gladly accept the return. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

Lost/Damaged package
Oh no! If your piece arrives damaged or if it seems to be lost in transit, please contact us right away. We’re here to help you navigate through this situation, and we won’t leave you hanging. Just let us know what happened, and we’ll make sure to find a solution for you!
Order Cancelation
Absolutely! You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. After that, we start working on your ring, and cancellations won’t be possible. If you need to make any changes, just shoot us a message within that time frame, and we’ll be happy to assist!
