At Spirit Workshop, we’re passionate about giving back to our planet! We proudly use recycled materials whenever we can. For our stunning wooden pieces, we collect used skateboards from our friendly skate shops (and yes, you can exchange your old decks with us!) and we ols use leftover wood from local veneer factories, giving materials a new lease on life!
What is the production time for your rings and pendants?
At Spirit Workshop, we take pride in crafting each piece just for you! Our production times vary based on the type of product:
Pendants: 3-7 business days.
Signet Rings and Bands: 7-10 business days.
Wooden Rings: 6-9 business days.
Zirconium Rings: 7-9 business days.

What materials do we use for your rings and pendants?
At Spirit Workshop, we’re passionate about giving back to our planet! We proudly use recycled materials whenever we can. For our stunning wooden pieces, we collect used skateboards from our friendly skate shops (and yes, you can exchange your old decks with us!) and we also use leftover wood from local veneer factories, giving materials a new lease on life! Our sterling silver is also recycled; we source old jewelry locally, refine it to achieve 99.9% pure silver, and blend it with a high-quality Italian alloy. This results in durable, beautiful pieces that are perfect for daily wear—this mixture creates the beloved 925 sterling silver that you know and love.
As for our zirconium pieces, we obtain this rare and remarkable metal from one of the largest suppliers in the world. Since zirconium is not easy to find locally and is often used in nuclear reactors, it’s a bit of a treasure! We’re devoted to delivering high-quality materials that not only look fabulous but also support a more sustainable future.

Do you offer customization for your rings?
Heck yes! We love bringing your ideas to life! You can choose to engrave inside and outside of our metal rings or even add an 8-letter engraving on wooden rings. Just keep in mind that customization comes with an extra cost, so please contact us before placing your order to discuss details. And remember, customized pieces can’t be returned or exchanged, but we’ll be there for you if resizing is needed!
Do you offer custom pieces, and how does that work?
Oh yes, we absolutely love creating custom pieces! Whether it’s an engraving or a completely unique design, feel free to contact us with your ideas, and let’s bring your vision to life together! Keep in mind that custom creations take a bit more time and come with additional costs (starting at €70 for wooden pieces, €100 for zirconium, and €250 for sterling silver), but we’ll ensure every detail is just right. What if I ordered the wrong ring size?
No worries at all! It happens to the best of us. If you find yourself in this situation, please reach out to us right away! We’ll guide you through the exchange process to ensure you get the fit just right. Your comfort is our priority!
How should I get sized for a ring?
Great question! We recommend visiting your local jeweler to get your accurate ring size measured. There are plenty of online guides out there, but nothing beats a professional sizing. If you have your size but aren’t sure what to choose from our options, just contact us! We’re here to help you convert that size with ease.
Are the pieces really made by you?
YES, YES, and YEEEES! We take immense pride in creating each piece by hand. This is the very essence of our shop—the spirit of crafting beautiful, unique items with love and care. We believe in slow fashion and pour our hearts into every ring, avoiding the rat race to make something special for you!
Do you offer try outs for your products?
We totally get the curiosity! However, we don’t offer try outs as each piece is made to order specifically for your size. This means we craft our items with love and care to ensure they fit you perfectly! If you have any sizing questions, don’t hesitate to reach out – we’re here to help!
Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
Absolutely! You can cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. After that, we start working on your ring, and cancellations won’t be possible. If you need to make any changes, just shoot us a message within that time frame, and we’ll be happy to assist!

What is the return policy?
We understand that you want to be completely satisfied with your custom ring! Since each piece is made to order, we can only accept returns if there’s an error on our part. For example, if you ordered a size 10 and received a size 11, just let us know! As long as you can provide proof of the mistake, we’ll gladly accept the return. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Absolutely! Our wooden rings are a labor of love! We start by carefully selecting the finest wood. After that, we harden it and craft it meticulously, ensuring that it’s not only beautiful but also durable. Since we use lacquer and glue, we allow time for everything to dry and set properly. Every wooden ring is unique, just like you!
